We reached out to Elder’s pure water when our old softener on our well went out. We were also experiencing problems with iron stains on our fixtures and a rotten egg smell that was troubling. Grayson responded by telephone and spoke with me about the problems we were experiencing and gave me advice about what direction we might want to go to resolve the issues we were dealing with and a tentative quote on what to expect for the service that Elder’s would provide. Grayson responded along with Brennan and they worked together to get our new softener, iron breaker and the pre filter installed. and set it up for proper operation. Grayson was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and also gave me quite a few suggestions for any future equipment that we might need. I contacted elders pure water a few times for different quotes, which they quickly gave over the phone. This was the only company willing to talk prices without coming out first, and I really appreciated that. The install tech showed up exactly on... time to install a new softener/ro filter for our house, and did an excellent job.
