I had an issue with my AO Smith water softener and I called Elder’s. They came out the next morning and worked on it. I contacted elders pure water a few times for different quotes, which they quickly gave over the phone. This was the only company willing to talk prices without coming out first, and I really appreciated that. The install tech showed up exactly on... time to install a new softener/ro filter for our house, and did an excellent job. Including a trip to home Depot for a fitting, a bag of salt, and an extension cord for my new softener, the install took about 3 hours which I thought was incredibly fast.Really appreciated the great service and very fair pricing.
